About Dani

Hi everyone, I'm Dani! ✌️ I first fell in love with yoga at 16, amazed by how it transformed both my mind and body. In 2022, I followed my passion all the way to India, where I completed an immersive month-long training and earned my 200-hour certification in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Since then, I’ve been sharing the beauty of yoga with students of all levels!

My teaching style is welcoming to everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners. I blend traditional yogic techniques, including mindful breathing (pranayama), dynamic postures (asanas), and meditation, to create a well-rounded practice that not only strengthens the body but also calms the mind. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you at your own pace, helping you connect more deeply with yourself every step of the way.

No, you only need to bring yourself and some suitable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga classes vary depending on the week. Most classes are influenced by Vinyasa flow style, with some weeks focussing on different thematics in order to gain full body strength and flexibility. Classes start with breath work and relaxation, followed by physical practice and ending in meditation.

If there is any reason that practicing yoga may be a risk, always consult your doctor and seek professional advice before attending. You should tell the yoga teacher if you have any conditions before the class, either when she asks at the beginning, or by sending a message in private.
